Rule 29
Non-recognition of rights claims
If any shares are registered in the name of someone other than what is written in these rules, the corporation will have the right to consider him as the sole owner of that share and act accordingly. The corporation shall not be obliged to recognize the right claim of any other person in such shares except if it is ordered by the competent court or recognized by other laws.
